The staff were excellent and very friendly (apart from the snooty lady on reception that checked us in, She wasn't very friendly and just used one word answers to our questions. Unfortunately, we got her again on check out and she was just the same again!)j Everyone else though were excellent. Big thumbs up to the staff.

hotel themed rooms are brilliant,a seperate bunk bed area with flat screen tele for children,i like the express checkout slip given to you under the room door on day of departure which gives the amount owed on any extras, if you agree with amount you sign the slip and drop it in to express check out box,
