This recently refurbished, family-owned Hotel offers you and your family a luxurious stay. Located only 6 miles away from LEGOLAND, it is an easy and direct journey to the Park.

Sit and enjoy a family breakfast outside on the terrace when the sun is shining and fill up on fresh fruit, cereal or a cooked breakfast. After you’ve eaten why not take a stroll along the river and let the kids feed the ducks.

This hotel really has so much on offer for your kids too. Let them play giant Jenga on the grass outside or if it’s sunny there is an outdoor pool where they can splash about!

If you are celebrating a special occasion you need to let the hotel know in advance (call reservations on 01784 220600). Please note the runnymede-on-thames operates a strict 'No Smoking' policy throughout the hotel. There is an external smoking area for guests.


Our outdoor pool and toddler’s splash area is open to residents on Saturdays and Sundays only from 10.00am to 7.00pm from Saturday 11th May until Sunday 1st September 2013 inclusive. In addition it will be open midweek from Monday 20th May to Friday 19th July inclusive from 1.30pm to 7.00pm with the exception of Monday 27th May to Friday 31st May 2013 when it will be open 10.00am to 7.00pm. From Monday 22nd July to Friday 30th August inclusive it will be open 10.00am to 7.00pm. The last entry will be half an hour before closing. Please note that the outdoor pool is at a constant depth of 1.4 m (4.6ft) so children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For Health & Safety reasons please also note that the outdoor pool will not be open if the weather is inclement.

Children will be given a welcome pack upon arrival and both children's and adult swimming pools are available for use, subject to time restrictions. In-room CBBC and Cbeebies will ensure the kids are entertained at all times.

The state-of-the art Health and Fitness Spa includes an 18m x 9m indoor pool with separate children’s pool, gymnasium, saunas, steam room, whirlpool bath, dance studio, beauty treatment rooms and three outdoor tennis courts.
The spa is open from 6:30am -10:00pm Monday to Friday inclusive and 7:00am - 9:00pm Saturday to Sunday.
Bank Holidays operate the same opening hours as Saturday & Sunday. Children are welcome in our spa between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday to Sunday inclusive.

All Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times (1 adult to 3 children).

All facilities are complimentary to residents with the exception of beauty treatments.
An outdoor pool is usually open from mid May to early September (operating times are not the same as the Health and Fitness Spa) The outdoor pool is a constant depth of 1.4m (4.6ft) so under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times (1 adult to 3 children).
Please note, the hotel reserve the right to close the outdoor swimming pool without prior notice The children’s playground area is open from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. unless the weather is inclement and our junior gym trail is always available.

The hotel offers a Ducklings Dinner a special family dining experience in Leftbank between 1800 and 1930 hours on Fri and Saturday evenings and Mon-Thurs too during school holidays (last sitting 1930 hours for our special Duckling dinner prices).

There is lots to choose from with dishes created especially with children in mind including simple salads, tapas style items, rotisserie chicken, soup , our daily pasta dish, a Leftbank burger – choose your own toppings from a selection in the theatre kitchen area or become a pizza chef with your children devising their own pizza and we will be able to cook it in our pizza oven for you.

In the family friendly Leftbank restaurant you can dine and unwind beside the river.
Enjoy seasonal and fresh dishes prepared by people who love food. The Thames and riverbank trees are right in front of you, enjoy uninterrupted dramatic views with scrumptious food and drinks on tap.
There’s really nothing like this for miles around. You do need to make a reservation for dining in Leftbank prior to arrival with the hotel directly on 01784 220600.

Leftbank Opening Times:
Breakfast: Monday to Friday 6:45 - 10:00, Saturday & Sunday and Bank Holiday 7:45 - 10:30.
Lunch: Open Monday to Saturday 12:30 - 14:15. Sunday lunch 1230-1515.
Dinner: Monday to Thursday 18:30-22:00, Friday and Saturday, and School Holidays 18:00 - 22:00.

Closed for dinner on Sundays. The Lock Bar & Kitchen located on the banks of the River Thames right beside the ‘Bell Weir Lock’ offers a sense of occasion without pretence, in a relaxed and informal setting. A place for you to enjoy together with friends and family.
Expect home style cooking with dishes that we all know and love; nothing fussy or complicated, just straightforward hearty dishes, prepared daily from the highest quality, fresh ingredients.
