What room facilities are there?
Free LEGO® gift, dedicated LEGO TV channel, movies on demand (charges apply), children's sleeping area with own TV, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone and high speed Wi-Fi.
How is my room laid out?
All rooms are themed and can accommodate up to 5 people and come with a double bed, bunk bed and truckle bed. Travel cots are available upon request. Interconnecting rooms are available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
What time can I check in and check out?
The earliest check in time is 3pm and the latest check out time 10am. Guests can leave bags with the porter and pre-check in anytime from 9.30am. An access card will be given to gain access to the hotel and its facilities.
What hotel extras are there?
With your stay at the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel guests can enjoy, a LEGO TV channel in the room, high speed Wi-Fi, use of all leisure facilities, and a free LEGO gift in the room.

Will there be any evening entertainment at the Resort Hotel?
Yes, there will be daily evening entertainment available for all Resort Hotel guests between the hours of 5.30pm — 8.30pm. Please see the boards at hotel reception for a full entertainment schedule when you arrive.
What is there for kids, infants and babies?
The LEGOLAND Resort Hotel is designed with kids in mind! Kids can enjoy the pirate-themed water play area, interactive LEGO play areas, fantastically themed rooms with separate children's sleeping area, free LEGO gift, children's entertainment programme (park season), and iconic LEGO figures throughout the hotel.
The hotel provides bottle/milk warming service, highchairs, fresh blended food on request and is breastfeeding friendly.
What leisure facilities are there?
There is a swimming pool and a pirate-themed indoor water play area complete with slides and 'blast-em' water guns. There's also a gym area (adults only).
Can children use the adult swimming pool?
Yes, they can but there is also a LEGO-themed indoor water play area specifically designed for family fun. During opening hours, there will be a life guard on duty. When visiting the Water Play Area, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) at all times. Please see below for the adult to child ratios.

The adult to child ratios for pool usage are below:
0 to 3 years old — 1 child to 1 adult
4 to 7 years old — 2 children to 1 adult
8 to 11 years old — 3 children to 1 adult
12+ no adult required
If your children fall into multiple age brackets the youngest age bracket applies.
Please note that swimwear must be worn to enter the Water Play Area. A dry seating or viewing area is not available, however changing facilities are situated next to the play area for your convenience.
Where can I go for food and drink?
Choose from either Bricks Family Restaurant or Skyline Bar. Both restaurants provide a child-focussed menu and fun, healthy eating options.
Are there disabled facilities?

LEGOLAND Castle Hotel – opening 2017
Please be aware that our Master Builders are building an amazing new LEGOLAND Castle themed Hotel, ready to open in summer 2017. The Master Builders may start working each morning around 7am, but have promised to be as quiet as possible during your stay.
To get ready for this exciting addition we will be making improvements to the existing LEGOLAND Hotel, this includes extending and improving our restaurant facilities. The restaurants will be open as normal whilst the work is carried out so your dining experience will not be affected.
