Once you have placed your booking and you have received your confirmation, please call Berkshire Rooms on 01344 360 077, 24hrs after this time to be given the address, directions, and check in information. If placing a booking for same day arrival then please allow 30 minutes before calling. On the day of your arrival you will be required to call a number (given to you by Berkshire Rooms) 10 mins before you are due to arrive at your accommodation. On arrival at your property you will be met by a Berkshire Rooms representative where you'll receive the keys to your accommodation and an information pack.

For groups of 7 or 8 people, 2 x 2 bedroom properties will be allocated, unless you select a 3 bedroom property which will accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people.
