How do I book ticket only?

What is included in the LEGOLAND Holidays package?
The final price is the total cost for the whole party, including VAT. This includes your LEGOLAND tickets, hotel stay with breakfast.
How much are tickets to LEGOLAND Windsor?
LEGOLAND tickets cost up to £164.40 per family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) on the gate. For the latest price information see www.legoland.co.uk Packages bought on LEGOLAND Holidays website include 2 days in the park, overnight stay at a nearby hotel and breakfast the following morning.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you enter at the time of booking which will include your print at home tickets in a PDF attachment.
What is the ticket procedure for entering the park?
Your email confirmation and PDF attachment will contain your bar-coded LEGOLAND ticket/s. Please open the attachment, print the tickets and your confirmation email and take these with you on your trip. On arrival at LEGOLAND simply scan the barcodes at the ‘print at home’ turnstiles to get into the park and start your adventure!
Do you accept printed copies of the email confirmation at the park?
LEGOLAND bar-coded tickets are included in the PDF attachment for you to print at home. Therefore a printed bar-coded ticket should be accepted.
I have discount vouchers, am I able to pre-book with these?
No, we do not have the facility to accept promotional ticket only vouchers such as 2 for 1 promotional offers or any other ticket only discount vouchers. To take advantage of these you would need to pay locally. Please note that when you book with us, you will get a second day in the park absolutely free!
How do I ensure I receive my corporate discount?
You will need to pre-book using the website address and discount code you have been given. LEGOLAND Holidays’ discount codes are strictly promotional and may have their own terms and conditions. Please check with the provider of the code. Discounts and special offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notification. Any discounts where applicable will be applied and shown at the payment stage of the booking.
Upon entry to the park, is it necessary to pay for the rides?
Your ticket will include access to all of the rides and the majority of attractions at LEGOLAND Windsor. Arcade machines and trampolines incur an additional charge.
What do I need to bring with me to gain entry to the Park?
You will need to bring your printed tickets, which are in the PDF attachment of the email confirmation. The lead name on the booking will also need to bring photo identification or a credit card.
Have you got any special offers on over the summer?

When is the Kids Go Free offer available?
This is available on selected dates throughout the season. Check the website for details. Please see for our special offer dates.
What is the cheapest time to come to LEGOLAND?
Our prices vary depending on the time of year. If you book outside of school holidays you'll often find that prices are less and the park is emptier. If you're flexible on dates then keep an eye out for our special offers running throughout the year that often apply to specific off-peak stay dates.
I have not received my confirmation?
If you have still not received this 24 hours after booking your break, please call us on 0800 21 20 50 and we will ensure this gets re-sent to you.
I do not have email, how will I receive my confirmation?

Why has the price increased since my first search?
LEGOLAND Holidays is committed to providing the best choice of product, at great prices, so throughout the season we continually review our products and prices. There are likely to be some seasonal special offers and in some circumstances prices may go up or down depending on availability. The price of your chosen package will be confirmed at the time of booking but may change if you do not confirm your booking straight away. All prices are subject to change and availability.
How do I make payment?
Full payment will be taken once you have confirmed your details at the payment stage by either a credit or debit card. Credit cards are subject to a non-refundable surcharge, of which you will be notified before confirming your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit (Delta), Maestro and Visa Electron. Both LEGOLAND Holidays and LEGOLAND Windsor are unable to accept personal cheques.
Why are you charging me a credit card fee?
Credit card companies charge us a fee when you pay with their cards and therefore payment by credit/charge card incurs an additional non-refundable charge of 2% of the total amount due with a minimum amount £1.50 and a maximum amount of £19.95. Payment by credit/charge card confirms that you accept this additional charge. No such charge applies to debit card payments.
What are the cancellation charges if I cancel my booking?
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through Holiday Extras and are subject to the conditions and charges (based on the total booking cost): Up to 8pm on day of purchase - 0% More than 14 days in advance of arrival - 25%. Within 4-14 days of arrival - 50%. Within 1-3 days of arrival - 75%. On day of arrival - 100%. Cancellation charges can be avoided by purchasing a cancellation waiver for just £7.95 so you can cancel up to 36 hours before your holiday free of charge.
How can I avoid paying any cancellation charges if I need to cancel my booking?
We are pleased to be able to offer cancellation cover for a small fee when you book your LEGOLAND break with us. For just £7.95, our cover allows you the freedom to cancel your booking without penalty and obtain a full refund up to 36 hours before your break.
Can I amend my booking?
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed break, you must notify us as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. All amendments must be made through LEGOLAND Holidays, please call on 0845 373 2640. Any alteration requested within 36 hours of the date of ticket entrance to LEGOLAND or within 36 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation by you and you will have to pay the cancellation charges.
Are there any additional booking fees?
No, there are no additional booking fees. The only charge is a credit card sur-charge.
Whose name should the booking be made under?
The booking should be in the name of somebody who is travelling on the LEGOLAND Holiday.
What is the Brick Rating system?
The brick rating system is based on the specific family friendly facilities each hotel has to offer so you can make the best choice for your Holiday.
How do I book if I’m a travel agent?

What is the family room layout?
The family room layout differs according to each hotel, click on the 'more info' for the individual hotel when making a booking to see the specific room layouts. Rooms usually consist of 2 double beds or a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Does LEGOLAND have any onsite hotels?
The LEGOLAND Resort Hotel is located right in the heart of LEGOLAND and gives you loads of exclusive benefits.
At what time can I check into my hotel?
Each hotel's check-in time varies, please click on the 'more info' option which is available when you select a specific hotel. Your check-in details will also be displayed on your email confirmation.
Is it possible to upgrade our hotel room?
Yes, you would need to do this upon arrival at the hotel and you would need to pay for any additional costs locally. All room upgrades are subject to availability. With regret LEGOLAND Holidays are unable to guarantee room upgrades.
How do I request a cot in my room?
By calling our Customer Experience Team on 0845 373 2640 selecting option 2. Most hotel rooms can accommodate a cot, however, please call our Customer Experience Team to confirm that the hotel you are booking can accommodate a cot in the room type selected. All cots are subject to availability.
Is parking available at the hotels?
Parking is available at all of the hotels, however there may be a small charge. Please check the ‘more info’ section of each hotel.

Questions about Information

Do LEGOLAND charge for parking?
Yes. Parking will be charged at £3 per car at LEGOLAND. Paid parking has been introduced to bring LEGOLAND Windsor in line with the other Merlin theme parks. It is also a great opportunity for re-investment to improve the infrastructure of the car parks. Each vehicle parking in our car parks requires a daily parking ticket. The only exceptions from the charges are Premium Merlin Annual Pass and Premium LEGOLAND Annual Pass, Cars that include a guest with a disability, Taxis, Buses, Bicycles. Guests can purchase their tickets at the ticket booths or Guest Services. If guests forget, they can obtain a ticket from a machine in the last chance lay-by on exiting the park. Annual Pass holders use their current passes.

What are the opening times of the Park?

How long will I have to queue?
Waiting times are posted at the main attractions to enable you to plan your day. You can purchase Q-bot tickets and thereby save time queuing and have more time to enjoy your day.
Are there any shops in the Park?
Special retail shops and carts are located throughout the park.
What will happen if the weather is bad?
LEGOLAND Windsor is predominately an outside attraction with many rides outside. Some rides and attractions may close in cases of high winds, thunder or lightning due to health and safety. There is also a selection of indoor attractions and activities. LEGOLAND Windsor and LEGOLAND Holidays regret that refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. If you come prepared you will still have a great day!
Can we enter and exit the park throughout the day?
If you wish to leave the park and return the same day, at no charge, please have your hand stamped at the entrance turnstiles. Failure to obtain a hand stamp will result in you not being re-admitted. Your ticket is not proof of re-entry.
Do over 60s get a discount?
No. As our prices are competitive there is no further discount or concessions available for over 60s.
Are pushchairs available to hire?
Yes. Pushchairs (double and single) are available from The Beginning for a charge of £10/£6.50 plus a returnable deposit may be required. Subject to availability.
What is the park's smoking policy?
LEGOLAND Windsor has prohibited smoking within the Park. Designated smoking areas are available for guests who choose to smoke during their visit.
Is the park suitable for disabled guests?
The pathways are level and suitable for wheelchairs, however they can be steep in sections and may require additional assistance. Alternatively the Hill Train provides easy access around the park. For full details please request a copy of our Guide for Guests with disabilities, available from Guest Services. For specific questions please contact us at visitorservices@legoland.co.uk. Guests will be required to answer questions relating to their specific requirements and specific identification must be produced. Some rides may be restricted due to health and safety guidelines. Please be aware that all guests must pay entry into the park and unfortunately we do not offer a discounted rate for disabled guests or their carers.
Ride Access
Please note that having a registered disability does not automatically guarantee receiving a Ride Access Pass. Ride Access Passes are reserved for guests who do not understand the concept of queuing; have difficulties with everyday social interaction; have a limited capacity to follow instruction or to understand others’ emotional feelings or expressions, and may become agitated or distressed having to wait for extended periods of time. In view of the level of accessibility in the Resort, wheelchair users will not receive a Ride Access Pass. For those rides and attractions where wheelchair access is via the exit, a Ride Access Pass is not required. Guests who qualify for the Ride Access Pass scheme must go to Guest Services, either in The Beginning or in LEGO City, with some form of documentation stating the nature of their disability. The issuance of Ride Access Passes is based upon documentary proof of disability (blue or orange badges will not be accepted as this does not state the nature of the disability). Examples of documentation required are: GP’s letter, Association Membership details, Council run membership, or any other form that states the disability. Please note, Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letters are not sufficient as they do not state the nature of the disability. Our staff are not medically trained so unless there is a disability clearly stated we are unable know what services are required. Guests without the relevant documentation will not be issued with a Ride Access Pass. Guests will be required to sign the Ride Access Pass declaration on production of appropriate documentation. Documentation will need to be presented every season. Photographic identification is needed on each and every occasion an application for a Ride Access Pass is made at Guest Services. Ride Access Passes will allow guests to experience up to ten rides. In addition to the rides there are shows and activities that can be enjoyed. For full terms and conditions, please visit here.
Are lockers available to rent?
Yes. Lockers are available on a first come first served basis. Located conveniently close to the main entrance, opposite the Sweet Stop and the Hill Train top station. Lockers require a £1 coin to operate, which is non-refundable. Please ensure you also remove all valuables from vehicles. Items are left at the owners' own risk.

Do any of the restaurants offer healthy options or special dietary requirements?
LEGOLAND strives to provide healthy nutritional food at the restaurants. Please see LEGOLAND's website for more information. Does the park have baby care facilities?
Yes, you'll find baby changing facilities. Alternatively visit the Baby Care Centre, located in the First Aid building in LEGO City. This offers a private place for mothers to breast or bottle feed their babies and change nappies. You will also find baby food is available in some of the restaurants. Please ask a member of staff behind the counter or for more information please check the Park Guide which can be found by the park entrance.
Are there qualified first aiders at LEGOLAND?
Yes. Our First Aid building is located in LEGO City and qualified first aiders are always on hand to help and advise guests.
Can I book for 2013?

Does our package include entry to the special events taking place on the day I’m visiting LEGOLAND?
Yes, if you have tickets to LEGOLAND on the day of a special event, then you are able to go along and enjoy the event.
What is the difference between on peak and off peak?
On peak are dates which fall during school holidays and bank holidays. The different dates are shown on our offer calendar here.The park, rides and attractions are open during both periods.

How do I get directions to my hotel?
Guideline information will be available on our website and there is also a map available on our website. We suggest you bring correct directions or a map with you on your trip, we cannot be held liable for any failure to get to the hotel.
How far is LEGOLAND from the nearest train station?
The closest station is Windsor and Eton railway station. This is approximately 3 miles away from LEGOLAND.
What times do buses go to and from LEGOLAND?
The first bus leaves Windsor at 10am and the last bus leaves 30 mins after the park has closed. There is a shuttle bus service to the park from stops close to both Windsor & Eton Central and Windsor & Eton Riverside railway stations. This takes approximately 15 minutes. Please note that this is a chargeable service and is not operated by the park.

Why does it cost more to stay at the LEGOLAND Windsor Hotel than at other nearby hotels?
We believe that a stay at the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel is an unforgettable and unique family experience. Packages start from just £67.25 per person for a themed room, which includes breakfast, 2 days entrance to the Park and loads of added extras.
Is breakfast included for all room rates?

Can I pay a deposit for a hotel room and pay the balance in full at a later date?
Unfortunately not. The balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
How many different themed rooms are there?
There are three types of themed room — Pirate, Adventure and Kingdom. The rooms have been designed with a keen attention to detail with the aim of delivering the WOW factor.
What is a View Room?
View Rooms offer a stunning panoramic view of the Park, since the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel is located in the heart of LEGOLAND. The breath-taking view includes the Adventure Land Lake, home to a wide variety of wildlife including herons and Koi carp.

There are a mixture of themed and premium rooms available, with park views. However, please note that Kingdom Premium Rooms are not available with a view.
What is the difference between a Themed Room and a Premium Themed Room?
All rooms are themed to a high standard and all children staying in a themed room will receive a LEGO gift.

Premium Rooms have full theming throughout (including in the adults' bedroom) plus themed furniture, extra LEGO features and an exclusive LEGOLAND gift pack.
Will the Resort Hotel offer accessible rooms?
Yes, just like the Park, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel will be accessible for guests with disabilities. There are a number of rooms specifically designed for guests with disabilities. Please check which room types are available when making your booking.
What are the options if I cannot book a room with a separate sleeping area for children?
During busy periods, you may be allocated a room which doesn't have a separate sleeping area for children. There are rooms with interconnecting doors available, but these cannot be guaranteed and advanced booking is required.
How many people does each room sleep?
All rooms can accommodate up to five people, with a king-size double bed and a separate children's sleeping area which includes bunk beds and a truckle bed.
Does the Resort Hotel provide travel cots, and can you sleep five people plus a travel cot in one room?
Yes, cots are available and can be accommodated in all rooms.
Are all rooms en-suite and what facilities do they offer?
Yes, all rooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower. Nine of the disabled-accessible rooms have shower-only facilities.

Rooms also include telephone, hairdryer, two TVs, tea and coffee-making facilities, movies on demand (charge applies) and high speed Wi-Fi access (charge applies).
What benefits can LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel guests enjoy?

The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel will have a secure access adults-only gym.
Can children use the adult swimming pool?
Yes, but there is also a LEGO-themed indoor water play area specifically designed for family fun. During opening hours, there will be a life-guard on duty.
Do children need to be accompanied in the Water Play Area?
Please note that children must be accompanied in the water whilst enjoying the water play area. A dry seating or viewing area is not available; however, changing facilities are situated next to the play area for your convenience.
How many restaurants will the Resort Hotel offer?
There will be two dining areas to choose from. The buffet restaurant seats up to 250 for a relaxed dining option, and the Skyline Bar seats up to 100 people, serving drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Will it be necessary to make reservations at these restaurants?
You will only need to make reservations for the buffet restaurant. Reservations are not required at the Skyline Bar.
Will the Resort Hotel's restaurants cater for my child's dietary needs and tastes?
The menus have been created with children firmly in mind, so there are a wide range of buffet options available to suit all tastes and age groups.
